Finding Us

We are roughly 45mins north of Newcastle, and 10mins north-west of the town of Alnwick.

Take the A1 north after Newcastle, then after Morpeth (25mins) take the A697 towards Coldstream, after going through the village of Powburn (20mins) take a right 2 miles later towards Eglingham/Alnwick (B6346), follow this road through a farm, over a bridge and up to the crossroads.

From here if you are travelling to Harehope Hall/The cresswell wing, turn right at the crossroads, and there is an entrance on your right after 400m or so, marked with white paint.

If you are travelling to our cottages, turn left at the crossroads, follow the road through another farm (1 mile) and continue for 1/2 a mile until you reach a fork, turn left and the cottages are on the left after another 1/2 mile.
